In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. Responsibilities
Install HVAC equipment including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductwork
Connect electrical wiring and ensure proper system operation
Perform start-up procedures and verify system performance
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
HVAC installation experience preferred
Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and work in varied environments
Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
