We’re looking for a personable and knowledgeable Sales Advisor to guide residential and commercial customers through their heating and cooling options. You’ll be the friendly face of our company, helping clients choose the best systems for their needs and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with customers to understand their HVAC needs
Present product options, explain features, and provide accurate pricing
Prepare and deliver professional quotes and proposals
Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate with installation and warehouse teams for smooth project completion
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products and industry trends
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
Qualifications
Previous sales experience, preferably in HVAC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Proficient with computers and CRM software
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
