Open Positions:

- HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR)

As a CSR, you are the first voice of the company. You’ll assist customers, schedule service calls, and help keep our operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers professionally

• Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments

• Create and update customer records

• Communicate clearly with technicians and dispatch

• Collect basic job information and set proper expectations

• Provide excellent customer service during every interaction

Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly, positive, and professional phone presence

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Prior HVAC, plumbing, or service-industry experience is a plus (not required)

- HVAC Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher, you play a critical role in coordinating technicians, schedules, and customer needs throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, skill set, and job priority

• Monitor schedules and adjust in real time

• Communicate with technicians throughout the day

• Update customers on arrival times and delays

• Work closely with CSRs and management to ensure smooth daily operations

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• HVAC or service dispatch experience preferred
