We just had two new Heat Pumps and Air Handlers installed. Not only was Smileys the best quote out of 4, it was for superior equipment! Our Comfort Care Rep, Bruce, was straightforward and helpful in the sale. They were out within the week for our install and I stayed home both days to work remote. Jeremy and Terri were our installation team and I barely knew they were here. They handled everything with care and left our home as if they had never been here. Both were kind and helpful. We noticed a massive difference in our air comfort the very first night and today our whole house feels better! I was not looking forward to this whole thing and now I wish we had done it sooner!! Smiley’s Heating and Cooling installed a new Trane system last summer - It has been amazing!!!! We love it! Steve came out today to do a complimentary system check - still working perfect! I needed to replace my AC and Heating Units in my home. I called and made an appointment with Bruce. He came to my home and we talked like old friends. After giving me a great price, half the cost of Energy Pro’s, we scheduled the installation for the next Thursday. Bruce recommended better units for half the cost; go figure.
