We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to support our HVAC and Electrical operations. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory, preparing materials for install crews, and ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory

• Prepare and stage materials for install and service crews

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts

• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA compliant

• Coordinate parts and equipment distribution to technicians

• Assist with returns, jobsite deliveries, and vendor pickups

• Support daily operations as needed

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly

• Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime

• Reliable and team-oriented
